Do I have to start with ASSESS, or can I jump into GROW directly?
Most organizations start with ASSESS — it's the fastest way to get a clear picture of where you stand and where your time will have the most impact. That said, if you've already done this kind of diagnostic work and know what you're building toward, we can talk about the right entry point for you.
How does the credit system work?
Every tier credits toward the next. Your $299 ASSESS session applies toward ACTIVATE. Your $2,500 ACTIVATE investment applies toward GROW. The credit is real — but it requires follow-through: completing the program, submitting your feedback form within 10 days, and making three warm email introductions to organizations that might benefit from this work.
How much time does this actually take?
ASSESS is one 90-minute session. ACTIVATE is three sessions over four to six weeks, plus time to implement between calls. GROW is a 12-month commitment with live group sessions and self-paced content. None of these are designed to add to an already impossible workload — they're designed to replace scattered effort with focused, sustainable systems.
Is this right for a very small organization — one or two staff?
Yes. The entire framework is built for small teams. The systems in FFST are designed to be delegated, documented, and handed off — so fundraising doesn't live in one person's head. If you have one staff person doing everything, this is exactly where to start.
