Questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled?

Effective Date: October 21, 2024

By accessing our website or purchasing any Nonprofit411 product, program, or service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

01

Services Provided

Nonprofit411 offers fundraising consulting, coaching, training programs, digital tools, and related resources designed to help small and under-resourced nonprofit organizations build sustainable fundraising systems. Specific deliverables, formats, and timelines are outlined at the point of purchase or in a separate service agreement.

02

Payment & Fees

All fees are stated at the time of purchase or outlined in your service agreement. Payment is due as specified. We accept payment via our designated payment processors. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount using your provided payment method.

Nonprofit411 reserves the right to update pricing. Any changes will not affect services already purchased.

03

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products and consulting services, all sales are generally final. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for services already delivered, digital products that have been accessed, or coaching sessions that have been completed.

If you have a concern about your purchase, please reach out directly — we are committed to working through issues in good faith.

04

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Nonprofit411 — including training content, frameworks, templates, tools, assessments, and written resources — are the intellectual property of Nonprofit411 and are protected by applicable copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own organizational purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or share our materials with individuals outside your organization without written permission.

05

Coaching & Session Confidentiality

Nonprofit411 treats all information shared during coaching sessions, strategy calls, and diagnostic processes as confidential. We do not share session content with outside parties without your consent, except as required by law.

We ask that clients extend the same courtesy. Information shared by Nonprofit411 during sessions — including proprietary frameworks, tools, and guidance — is intended for your use only and should not be shared or redistributed without permission.

06

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when enrolling in programs or engaging services. You are responsible for implementing recommendations and decisions made within your organization. Nonprofit411 provides guidance and support — but outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on your team's effort and context.

07

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nonprofit411's services are provided in good faith based on our expertise and experience. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific fundraising results, donor outcomes, or organizational growth. All guidance is general in nature and should be evaluated in the context of your organization's unique circumstances.

08

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nonprofit411 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, tools, or content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

09

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of West Virginia, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

10

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Agreement from time to time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The current version will always be available on this page with the effective date noted.
